(SBI) Strategic Business Institute is an association that promotes the growth and development of students businesses through, educational and the exchange of quality business referrals. The primary purpose of SBI is to provide education and an opportunity to build trusting relationships through networking and to enable students to pass quality business referrals to each other.
The Philosophy of the organization is to help business owners to improve their knowledge through education, research, joint marketing and networking. This process is enhanced by attendance at seminars, participation in research projects, trade shows and networking events.
Growth of a business using the word of mouth concept (networking) comes from building trusting relationships and giving/passing quality referrals to other students within the organization. The more referrals that a participant gives, the more referrals the business owner will receive.
The goal of the organization is to help each student increase their business skills and the flow of quality business referrals through marketing, education and networking techniques.- The organization is dedicated to helping students grow both on a one on one and on a group basis. The activities planned throughout the year will build a referral network for the students that will generate quality referrals at the rate of over 100 per month.
SBI only accepts one student from each business category to minimize the threat of competition between students for the referrals generated by the group. Business categories are defined very broadly to give each student the opportunity to receive as many referrals as possible within their selected industry .
Additional Benefits include teaching oppertunities, speaking engagements, marketing, communication, public relations exposure and team building skills.
We assist small business owners by offering classes, seminars and consulting on various business issues that they didn’t learn in school or forgot the information which they now need. We also assist them to build their business by running. networking clubs to teach them how to build a strong and consistent referral network. The goal is to keep them in business, keep their cash register ringing and show them how to build and strengthen their community as a thank you for our services.
